      "description": "Searches the 112k LOINC 2.83 terms by text (long common name, short name, display name, consumer name, component, related names/synonyms; every word must match as a word prefix, e.g. 'serum creatinine', 'hba1c', 'SARS-CoV-2 PCR', 'PHQ-9'), or looks up an exact LOINC code. Filters: class (e.g. CHEM, HEM/BC, MICRO, or a prefix like PANEL or SURVEY), class_type (laboratory|clinical|claims_attachment|survey), system (specimen, e.g. 'Ser/Plas', 'Bld', 'Urine'; case-insensitive substring), scale (Qn|Ord|Nom|Nar|Doc|OrdQn|Multi|Set), property (e.g. MCnc, SCnc, PrThr), order_obs (Order|Observation|Both|Subset) and status (default ACTIVE; 'any' for all). Results are ranked by text relevance with LOINC's common-test/common-order rank as a boost. If no term matches all words, best partial matches are returned (match_mode=any_word)."
